Vegan Jelly Donut With Raspberry Preserves, Banana, and Coconut Flakes (Gluten-free, Soy-free, SOS Free )

I invented this breakfast/snack/dessert when I found out raspberry jam and banana was a winning combination during a craving for something bread like. I use the Amy's sandwich rounds to make "cake" of the donut and top it with raspberry jam for the "jelly" aspect, which is topped with coined bananas cinnamon and coconut shavings. This wholesome treat will satisfy any sweet cravings!

Serves 1-2 People depending if it's a breakfast/snack/dessert, and takes under 10 minutes to prepare.

 

Ingredients

 

2 Toasted Amy's Sandwich Rounds

 

2 Tbsp Raspberry Jam

 

1 Banana

 

1 tsp Cinnamon

 

2 tsp Coconut shavings 

Preparation

 


After toasting the sandwich rounds as directed on the package, spread 1 tablespoon of raspberry jam on each round. Follow by arranging coined bananas in a circle or in any design you please. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of coconut shavings. For additional sweetness drizzle maple syrup!
